Laces, ribbons and flowers

Vincent asked Wichit whom we have known for many years to buy paper flowers from Thailand for me and he came to Singapore yesterday with a HUGE bag of paper flowers and some leaves, and they are so gorgeous!   I immediately set to make a birthday card for my dear friend Audrey.

This easel card is also for the following challenges :-

2.    Die cut dreams challenge #60 - fabric  (I am using the lace as fabric)

Materials used :-

1.    Tilda and cake inked with memento tuxedo black and coloured with copic markers

2.    Pattern paper : Cosmo Cricket garden variety,  cardstock from local stationery

3.    Happy Birthday sentiment wooden stamp : Hero Art, inked with black Versacolor and emboss with stampendous embossing powder

4.   Laces and ribbon bought from my recent trip to Hong Kong

5.   Martha Stewart punch

6.   And finally, the white daisy is from Thailand, thanks to Wichit :-)

Thanks for dropping by :-)

  2. this is a lovely card. Thank you so much for entering your work in the DCD challenge this week. But for a chance to win this week's prize you need to use fabric OTHER than lace or trimming.
