Peachy Keen challenge 31 - a get well card for Super Hero Sam

I am so happy and honored to have won the Peachy Keen challenge 30 and the news really cheered me up tremendously as I was having a bad week!  Thank you Peachy Keen for choosing me and I promptly bought myself Vivienne and friends, they are super cute!

I have wanted to make a card for Sam, a 5 year old boy who is fighting Bukitt's lymphoma, but somehow never get down to doing it.  So for this challenge I decided to make another card for Sam.    Updates on Sam's health, treatment and recovery process can be found at his website Sam Humphries.  You can also check out Sam's facebook page Super Sam facebook

Send them to Sam is a card campaign and I hope all who is reading this will send cards and well wishes to Sam to cheer him and to encourage him in his fight against the illness to the following address :-

Here is the card I made for Peachy Keen Challenge 31 which is based on a sketch.

Material used :

Peachy Keen stamps PK-244 Bee Happy colored with copic markers.
Pattern Paper : The paper company bugs and bees, I took the longest time to find the right paper to use as I can't use too flowery or colorful paper as this card is for a boy.   I was sooooo happy to find this paper among my stash.

So I hope everyone who come across this blog post will make and send a card to Sam.  Sam will be a very very happy boy to receive cards from all over the world.

Thanks for dropping by.
