All we need is love

I have been impatient with Liz this morning and I am going to post this card I made, to her, as a way of apology, I am sorry darling I love her and I should be more patient.  I miss both you and Min, more so, during the festive period.   

When I saw the figure 8 bow from Amazing paper grace, which Becca has a you-tube video on how to make this.  It is relatively easy and since I do not have a ribbon with the stitch round the edge, so I sewed it with running stitches.   Using the same method, I sewed running stitches on a much thinner velvet ribbon and make the base for the flowers to hold up the card.

1.  LOVE stamp : ODBD

2.  Pattern paper : Little yellow bicycle - lollipop stripe with glitter, cardstock : AC - primaries

3.  Spellbinder nestabilities, Magnolia Doohickeys, Sizzix movers and shakers die - love

4.  Distress ink - spun sugar

5.  Ribbons and organza flowers : Hong Kong
