Peachy Keen Challenge 29

I received my peachy keen stamps in the mail yesterday and the prize for the random peachy keen challenge 28 in the mail today, and the first thing Vincent said when he passed me the envelope is : "you are buying stamps every day!"   Well I am  happy that the peachy keen stamps arrived because I want to make a recipe card for the peachy keen challenge 29, which asked for a summer recipe for picnic or bbq.    Here is my recipe card for grated carrot topping, super easy to prepare and very yummy when topped with rice or noodles for both picnic outing or bbq with family and friends :-

I used PK 271 (the carrot), colored with copic and use cricut "from my kitchen" to cut the recipe frame, pattern paper is from doodlebug design (I do love the bright vibrant colors).
